Daycare & Childcare Jobs in Northern Colorado
HelloSubs places daycare and preschool substitutes at early learning centers in Fort Collins and Loveland. You choose the centers and the days you work, and get paid every Friday.
Pay runs $13–$22 per hour depending on the role and the center, with weekly direct deposit.

Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher Roles
- Assistant teacher ($13–$17/hour): support the lead teacher in infant, toddler, and preschool rooms. Finish our Colorado onboarding and you're qualified as at least an Assistant Teacher (Level 1).
- Lead teacher ($16–$22/hour): run the classroom and supervise children on your own. Lead roles need a Colorado Level 2 Early Childhood Professional Credential or higher.
Northern Colorado Childcare Job Requirements
- No teaching license or degree required to start
- A Colorado background check, the free PDIS trainings, and CPR/First Aid — we walk you through every step
