Position Summary
As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll collaborate with classroom teachers to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Paraprofessional is also sometimes known as: Teaching Assistant (TA), Instructional Aide, or Teacher’s Aide.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Providing 1-on-1 support for students with special needs
- Assisting small groups in inclusive or resource classrooms
- Helping teachers with classroom management, lesson activities, and engagement
You’ll play an essential part in helping every student — especially those who need additional guidance — reach their full potential.
Compensation & Benefits
- $120–$170 per day, depending on the assignment
- Weekly direct deposit pay (every Friday)
