Mainspring Schools (early childhood): In-person early childhood substitute teacher supporting low ratios, intentional play-based learning, and whole-family care. You'll help run a calm classroom rhythm (meals, learning centers, transitions) while nurturing social-emotional growth.
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and complete required background screening; for ratio-based childcare roles, you'll complete required Texas pre-service training hours and maintain pediatric CPR/First Aid as required by the center.
